The sock man, as we all know, sells more than just socks. He’s the mobile, on-foot neighborhood street vendor who sells assorted socks, laundry detergent, soaps, and sometimes seafood. JB the Sock Man said today’s gonna be a scorcher and he has a lot of fish to move, so he’s offering ToT readers his Friday fish fry for only $5 today only from 11am – 7pm or so.
He said that he’s caught enough grouper and whiting to last through lunch, but will hang on to 7pm if he doesn’t run out. He also has 3 new bottles of Tide, 4 bottles of Dove body wash, and assorted sparklers available today. Catch him around Bladenburg Rd/Benning Rd/Maryland Ave/Morse St area- he’ll be the guy walking with the styrofoam cooler.
